Why does this work? Because it’s simple physiology. As we age—and often simply because of our lifestyle—the shoulder blades can shift upward and become stuck in that position. They seem to “stick” to the rib cage and almost stop moving. And where there is no movement, tension and stagnation begin to build. As a result, the shoulders start rolling forward, the rib cage collapses inward, the breasts drop, and the neck shifts forward. Then comes a double chin, puffiness, a dull complexion, a growing neck hump—and much more. But once we restore mobility and allow the shoulder blades to glide freely over the rib cage, the body begins to change in the opposite direction. It really is that simple. Lymphatic drainage and circulation improve, along with your complexion and skin quality. Your neck looks longer, more elegant, and more defined, your breasts appear more lifted, and you feel much more comfortable in your own body. If you’re ready to truly work with your body on a deeper level, I invite you to join Marathon 4.0. It’s an experience you won’t forget. The link is in my bio. And if you have any questions, I’m always open—ask me in the comments.
