I didn’t go to fashion school. I wasn’t an apprentice under a tailor either. So how did I learn how to sew? A LOT of practice, mistakes, observation, tutorials, figuring things out, and refusing to give up when I didn’t understand something. My journey may not be the traditional route, but it taught me something important: there’s more than one way to learn a skill.
