I'm distraught
To the fans,
You deserve clarity and the truth. I understand that you have a lot of questions, and I'm sorry it's taken this long for me to speak to you. At this point, I have a responsibility to speak up, not just for myself, but for the many people who work tirelessly to bring you the show that you've come to love.
I've been making videos since January 2009. I've loved nothing more than making content that makes people happy. Over the last couple years, Herm, Aaron and Denny have played a big role in that. I've truly enjoyed filming with them, spending time with them, and some of my all-time favorite memories are with these guys. The chemistry between me, Denny, Herm and Aaron is truly something special. They're extremely talented and whatever they do next, they'll be successful.
My dream was to continue filming with the guys forever. In fact, I was really looking forward to celebrating and experiencing this next chapter together with them and I was under the impression that they felt the same way.
I still have three pre-recorded episodes with the guys, and to be honest, I've been debating even releasing them. But I feel like I owe you these episodes since they could be the last time you see us together, and I also want to respect all the other people like the contestants and staff who worked on them. I really want to make sure that this isn't about creating sides, it's about moving forward.
I understand that this is an adjustment for you, trust me it has been for me as well, but I'm up for the challenge because this is truly what I love to do. If you take anything from this, just know that I'm going to keep working hard to create shows that make you excited to tune in every Saturday. I hope I see you there <3

To Herman, Aaron and Denny,
I've tried to stay away from the chaos that you're growing out of respect for the 30+ members of the KLS team, as well as their loved ones, and I'm sad that we've gotten to a place where it looks like the only way you want to discuss this is online.
I haven't heard from any of you directly since August, and honestly, I've spent the last few weeks trying to understand what is even happening. Last we spoke, you told me that you were "super excited" for this next chapter but then just days before our planned production day, we received an email from random attorneys representing the three of you, threatening to hold our film day hostage and saying you weren't going to come film unless your contracts were renegotiated. That was the first time I was told there was even a problem. We responded right away so I could understand your needs and work toward a resolution, but all that your lawyers told me was that you wanted more. No one would say how much more you were asking for or give us any specific terms or demands you expected from me. To this day, I am still in the dark about what you want, and I have not heard from any of you again until your recent posts.
By the time your lawyers came in, everyone had already spent weeks preparing for that big production day because it added included 4 full episodes. Everything was booked, the whole team had done their jobs and we even had some contestants who had flown in just for that day. Canceling all of that last minute doesn't just affect me or the four of us. It affects an entire group of people who had nothing to do with what was happening between us. So I made the difficult decision to film with a new panel. I didn't think it was fair to ask everyone to absorb the consequences of a situation they had nothing to do with.
As I've said to you many times, my plan has always been to do the show together, for as long as you want to be part of it. I've supported your needs every step of the way, from delaying productions to accommodate your schedules to meeting all your compensation requests. Given all of this, I'm surprised you didn't just come to me directly with any issues or tensions you were feeling. I think that's the part that hurts me the most, after our years of friendship and brotherhood, none of you even bothered to call me or even just give me a heads up. You just ghosted me and sent random lawyers my way.
As you can imagine, I've felt betrayed, lost, and honestly, just fucking depressed. Meanwhile, it feels like you've ganged up on me and launched a smear campaign to deliberately mislead and confuse people with passive aggressive posts, empty insinuations and fake narratives. Even through all of this, I still care about the three of you and when you're ready to reach out, I'm here. But if I don't hear from you again, know that I'm grateful for our time and I genuinely wish you the best.
