Handcrafted Pottery Shop

Why it worked

The video uses a satisfying ASMR-like process of shaping clay on a pottery wheel, which is visually engaging and calming. The surprise element of the clay block being cut and weighed adds an interesting twist.

Summary

Two friends are in a pottery studio. One friend uses a wire tool to cut a large block of clay in half, then places it on a scale to weigh it. The other friend then uses a pottery wheel to shape the clay into a pot.

Structure

1Cutting clay in half
2Weighing the clay
3Shaping clay on a pottery wheel
4Finishing the pot
5Removing the pot from the wheel
