Seoul Gimbap is now open off Montgomery and Louisiana! I was so excited to be one of the few to experience this soft opening; I’ve been a fan of these gimbaps for a while, and first checked these guys out over at Kim’s Market. Glad to see their progress and success! @seoul gimbap And so glad @Ever Orlando Acuña-German got to come along for the tasting! 🫶🏽 #gimbap #albuquerquenewmexico #Foodie #eatlocal #supportlocal
