The set that stayed buried in the sands of Hamunaptra: The Mummy 1999 Inkworks Trading Cards set were canceled because Inkworks pulled the plug before its production and release. Inkworks manufactured a single promotional card (P1) to advertise the set ahead of the film's release , but this was ultimately cancelled making the promo card the only thing to exist of the set & making it a rare item. This set was going to include a 4 chase cards in tribute to Karloffs Mummy as well as character cards & the base set. They later successfully produced and released a card set for the sequel, The Mummy Returns, two years later. #themummy #fyp #tradingcards #themummy1999 #collection
