Travis Kelce is the latest victim of a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme. Federal prosecutors say that a Texas investment adviser was sentenced to 11 years in prison for defrauding investors including Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce out of millions of dollars. Prosecutors say that Siddharth Jawahar took in more than 35 million dollars through his company. Investors only about 10 million dollars. The rest they say was used to pay early investors and fund a lavish lifestyle that included private jets, luxury hotels, private club memberships and high-end dining. Jawahar pleaded guilty to three counts of wire fraud and was ordered to pay 31 million dollars in restitution to his victims.
