Stem Propagation - Part 2 After cutting the stem into 1 - 2 cm sections, I let the pieces dry for a short time before placing them in water to develop roots. After just 2 weeks, the first roots appeared. Two months later, they had developed a strong enough root system to be planted into a self-watering pot with mineral substrate. And the updates after 4 - 16 weeks are incredible. From just a few stem pieces, countless new plants are now growing. 🌱 Stem propagation is definitely a slow process at first but the results can be amazing. 👀
