Why it worked

Summary

Product placement

Smiski (toy figure): Appears in packaging and as a collectible toy. Its packaging is shown and handled. Removing it would change the video's subject. Smiski is the product being shown and sold. Selfridges (department store): Appears as the location where the product is sold. Removing it would not change what happens in the video.
