Hailey Bieber Meatballs 🍝 These are SO easy and seriously sooo good! ✨ INGREDIENTS ✨ For the meatballs: • 1 lb ground chicken • 1 egg • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese • 1/3 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp black pepper • Olive oil, for cooking For serving: • Your favorite tomato/marinara sauce • Cottage cheese • Freshly grated Parmesan • Fresh basil, optional ✨ INSTRUCTIONS ✨ Add the ground chicken, egg, ricotta, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix everything together until just combined. Don’t overmix or your meatballs can get tough! Roll the mixture into small meatballs. Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they’re browned on the outside and cooked through. Pour your favorite marinara/tomato sauce into the pan with the meatballs and let everything simmer together for a few minutes. Serve with a big spoonful of COTTAGE CHEESE on top 🤌🏼 Finish with Parmesan🍝🤍 #haileybieber #haileybiebermeatballs #chickenmeatballs #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas
