3 MONTHS PREGNANT workout (nausea edition) 🤮🤰🏻🏋️‍♀️ I have hardly worked out this pregnancy because I literally can’t. I have debilitating nausea that takes over my entire day, most days. I am on the strongest meds, and even that doesn’t help most of the time.
