As a 22 year old who already provides the lifestyle I want for myself, I’m not going to downgrade it just to make a man feel comfortable. And no, that doesn’t mean I’m “dating rich” or looking for someone to fund my life I’m looking for a partner who adds to it… not subtracts if you can’t add value to my life in any sense what’s the point ? For me, matching my lifestyle is about far more than material things. I’m attracted to the ambition, mindset and qualities that often come with someone who has built a successful life for themselves I’d rather be alone than settle, go 50/50 on a dynamic that doesn’t work for me, or make myself smaller to protect someone else’s ego…. A relationship should be a partnership where you both uplift and add to each other’s lives. If you’re not adding to my life, what are we doing? I’m very intentional about who’s in my life down to friends & family so a man is absolutely no different and if that means being single for the next few years sounds fine to me Theres someone out there who will match my drive , ambition and standards untill then I’m fine with waiting FULL EPSIODE OUT NOW @You Can Have It All Podcast #highstandards #successfulwomen #moderndating #datingstandards #inderpendentwoman
