Why it worked

The video likely worked because it tapped into a relatable sentiment of financial struggle and the desire for passive income, presented in a visually engaging and data-driven format. The use of a large, attention-grabbing number (20 million people) and the surprising outcome of a significant number of people actually sending money created curiosity and shareability.
