Th women body is something else!! Before everyone comes at me, I KNOW MY BODY the best not doctors, not family, not friends, ME! I felt amazing and perfectly fine. Now if I would’ve been in pain I wouldn’t have done it. But I knew what my body could handle and I know my horses! If I once would’ve thought it wasn’t safe I wouldn’t have been riding. My horses both knew to take extra precautions. So don’t let anyone judge your decision or tell you what to and what not to do with YOUR body.
