Y’all, who knew a quick trip to AutoZone would turn into us discovering an authentic Puerto Rican food gem?! 👀🔥 Well…THAT happened to us! 👀 We stumbled across @PIG-VIP serving up authentic Puerto Rican food, and y’all… EVERYTHING was fresh, flavorful, and SO good! 🤤 They even smoke their meats for that delicious smoky flavor! 🔥 We tried: 🔥 Beef & plantain empanada 🔥 Lasagna 🔥 Lechón 🔥 Smoked pork belly 🔥 Yuca & potatoes 🔥 Arroz con gandules That beef & plantain empanada was our favorite! 😮‍💨🔥 And the owner was so nice! 📍Follow them to see where he’s popping up next and how to order!
