My Favorite Amazon Wellness finds

I have been in my wellness era this year but I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on it. So here are the Amazon products that I love that I think you should try too. Number one is this Hatch alarm clock. I use this every single day. It has changed the game for me waking up at 4:30, 5 AM. I don't dread waking up like I did when I was using my iPhone alarm clock. And it does everything that the Hatch does for just about $38. Number two, continuing on with the sleep category of wellness is the Lemme Sleep gummies. I had heard about these for months and months before I actually tried them. Let me tell you, they were. Since taking these is the first time that I've slept over 8 hours in like the last year. Number three is this shoulder massager and I just really underestimated this thing. It helps with all of the trap pain and neck pain that I have. It's only $40 and I use this every single night. Next up is the Lux unfiltered eye patches. I have tried so many eye patches that just don't do anything. These actually feel extremely cooling, they de-puff my eyes, they have caffeine in them. So they're the only eye patches that I have ever tried that actually work. Next up is protein powder. We need to be hitting our protein goals especially if you're extremely active. So my favorite protein is the Promix Cookies & Cream whey isolate. This does not taste like protein powder. You can mix it with a frozen banana, some oat milk, some peanut butter and it literally tastes like ice cream. Another Promix product that I'm obsessed with that I've been using a lot the last year just prepping for my wedding is the Debloat powder. Such a fresh, just light tasting powder that you can put in your drink and I feel like it really helps me just keep my digestion regular. This one is so good and I really thought that I hated sleeping with an eye mask for so long, but this weighted eye mask is so nice. I feel like it's part of the reason that I've been sleeping so much better in the past couple months. It puts a little bit of weight on your face and it's just a really calming feeling. My favorite ice roller in the morning, especially like under my eyes and on my jawline. My favorite ice roller is the Skinny Confidential ice roller. This one is $79.99. I know that's a little bit on the pricier side. Kitsch has an ice roller that's a dupe of that for $17.99. I love the smell of lavender when I'm going to bed so this works pillow spray is so nice when I'm trying to go to sleep. You spray on your pillow like one or two sprays and it's just a nice aroma to help you relax. Part of wellness to me is being cozy and I love a good fluffy cozy blanket. This blanket right here is a Lululemon dupe. Especially with the Lululemon gate going on. Having a dupe is so nice because I think this was under $40 and it feels literally better than my Lululemon blanket I have here. And I'm not going to gatekeep.
