I followed this “rule” with my first pregnancy and lost my baby & none of my family even knew. It was heartbreaking to tell family that I lost a baby they didn’t even knew existed. I will advocate til the day I die that the first trimester doesn’t need to be a secret, the first trimester is THE HARDEST trimester for so many women, myself included, and I want as many people behind me during this extremely difficult and isolating but BEAUTIFUL time. Welcome, baby #3 🫶🏻 #firsttrimester #pregnant #pregnancy #pregnancytest
