NAD+ HABITS THAT CHANGED MY ROUTINE 👇 ✨ 1. I made NAD+ part of my daily routine. Consistency matters. I’ve made NAD+ support one small part of my everyday wellness routine. NAD+ is involved in cellular energy metabolism and normal cellular processes. 🥩 2. I stopped expecting one supplement to do everything. NAD+ is just one piece of the bigger picture. I also prioritize protein, whole foods, hydration, movement, and quality sleep. ☀️ 3. I focused on consistency, not perfection. Healthy aging isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about building simple habits you can actually stick with every day. 🤍 These are just a few of the habits that have become part of my routine. Want to know which NAD+ I use? Comment “NAD” and I’ll send you the details. 👇 #NADPlus #NADSupplement #HealthyAging #Longevity #Wellness
