Three neighborhoods I do NOT recommend to stay in Lisbon as someone who’s lived here for five years 🙅🏽‍♀️🇵🇹 I do think these are worth visiting during the day or even for a night out, but I wouldn’t stay in any of these as a base if you value your sleep and some quiet.
