On-screen text

Exposure Therapy The more you post, and the more that you hit that little plus button at the bottom of your screen, the more you're gonna stop caring about what everybody else thinks. Because confidence doesn't come before you start posting. Confidence comes from posting over and over and and then realising oh shit, I'm fine. It's exposure therapy. Point Blank, period. You don't need another editing trick. You don't need another strategy. You don't even need to wait until you feel confident enough. You need to keep showing up until posting feels normal. And then eventually you're gonna look up and realise those opinions you were so scared of were never important enough to keep you from building the life you always wanted.
