🍓 Cooking with Navie Ep. 1 👶 Baby & Toddler Friendly Lollies & 🧸 Teddy Bear Jellies Perfect for little ones and so easy to make! 🍓🫐 🛒 You will need 🍓 Fresh or frozen fruit 🥣 Greek or plain yoghurt 🍃 4 sheets of gelatine or agar agar if child is vegetarian 💧 A dash of water 🧸 Jelly moulds 🍦 Ice lolly moulds with sticks 🧸 Teddy Bear Jellies 1️⃣ Make the fruit compote Add your fresh or frozen fruit to a saucepan with a small splash of water. Simmer until the fruit has softened. Blitz until completely smooth, then pass the mixture through a sieve to remove any seeds or bits. I did add abit of condensed milk to counteract the tart from the fruit. Measure 450ml of the smooth fruit compote into a jug. Soften your 4 gelatine sheets according to the packet instructions, then squeeze out the excess water and add them to the warm fruit compote. Stir until the gelatine has completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into your teddy bear moulds and pop them into the fridge until completely set. 🧸❄️ 🍓🍦 Swirly Fruit & Yoghurt Lollies Important: Use the remaining fruit compote not the one you used for the gelatine Add your remaining smooth fruit compote to a bowl with your Greek or plain yoghurt. Gently swirl the two together to create a pretty marbled effect — don't fully mix them or you'll lose the swirl. 🤍🍓 Pour into your lolly moulds, add the sticks and pop them into the freezer until completely frozen. 👶 Little ones approved! Two simple homemade treats using the same fruit compote — teddy bear jellies for the fridge and creamy fruit lollies for the freezer! 🧸🍓🍦 Perfect healthy alternative for little ones 🥰 #BabyLedWeaning #ToddlerFood #BabyFoodIdeas #HealthyToddlerFood #CookingWithNavie
