Raising Cane's is in the works in Cary. A development plan was filed for 2300 Walnut Street (the former a'Verde Cocina + Tequila Library spot which closed late last year). Still very early in the process, though. They are currently still working through initial paperwork and nothing has been approved yet. I reached out for comment and will let you know once I hear back.
