How Was Patrick Clancy Never Properly Investigated as a Suspect? This is the part I cannot get past. You watch the trial. You hear the timeline. You hear about the investigative gaps. You hear what was tested, what wasn’t tested, what was documented, what wasn’t documented. Then you watch Patrick’s 60 Minutes interview. And somehow I am still sitting here thinking: How was the husband in a triple-homicide case not scrutinized like a suspect from the beginning? Explain it to me like I’m two. Because “he said so” is not enough for me. Not in a case this serious. Not with this many unanswered questions. Not when the defense spent an entire trial pointing out investigative failures. This is not me saying an investigation would automatically prove Patrick did anything. This is me saying: Why wasn’t every possible scenario fully exhausted before the case was built around one person?
