Happy Wednesday, friends 🫶🏼 I’ve been so busy so yet again I kinda went ghost 😅 I’ve been trying so hard to stay focused at work and lock in. I’ve barely even scrolled through TT. For a while now, I wanted to try the Pomodoro method. Where you work straight through for a certain amount of time then pause for a short break for a few minutes after the time is up. I tried on my phone but I kept getting distracted with it 😅 so I was so excited when I got this in the mail. It’s helped me a ton especially in moments when I need to just lock in, put my phone down and all other distractions and get to work. I’ll definitely continue this method when I have a ton of tasks to do.
