Hi besties! 💕 This is what our last Saturday looked like. For lunch, we had this delicious spinach rice with fish fillets and some green chilli on the side. 🌶️🐟 And of course, we had some fresh pineapple mint juice to go with it. 🍍🌿 I also got some laundry done because… mom life! 😂🧺 After that, the boys headed off for their swimming lessons. I couldn’t film that part, but they had such a good time. And guys, this rice was SO yummy! 😋 It’s actually super easy to make. Just blend your spinach, peppers, onions and garlic, then add some dried shrimp, your favourite seasonings and rice. Let everything cook together and that’s it!
