For the longest time, going into a restaurant would make me feel so sick, the lighting would make me dizzy, it was too loud, too much going on. I wasn’t able to eat pretty much anything at all because I felt so bad. Today I went to a restaurant by myself and was able to eat all of my food without feeling sick after.
