Can you convert only PART of a garage?
You don't always have to convert the entire garage
For this customer keeping some garage storage was still important
So we built a partition wall to split the existing garage into 2 separate spaces
Everything in the front of the partition wall remained as dedicated garage storage
While behind it, the remaining space was fully converted into a new room
By keeping the front as storage, we've also future proofed the space
If the customer ever decides she doesn't need the storage anymore, the partition wall can be removed and the space can be opened up into a larger room
One garage. 2 uses now and options for the future
