This is deeper than it appears ❤️‍🩹 Knowing I gained so much love and support from my experience and there were girls before me who only walked away with trauma and learning lessons weighs heavy on me It’s been years but I still have flashbacks to situations realizing how bad it really was. Grateful that I was able to reach so many other woman with a silly reality show but to this day it’s heartbreaking to know how many people have been in similar situations sending all the love + healing to those who relate #narcissisticabuse
