Not every day is going to be easy, perfect, or what you expected. It’s really challenging when you aren’t feeling good yourself, and then you can’t seem to win. As a mother, you have to look at the positives. I was feeling really upset and guilty about how the morning went after I dropped her off at school. Looking back, I applauded myself for walking away. I am proud of myself for staying positive and calm as best as I could in front of her. No one EVER claimed motherhood was easy.
