If you know me, you know I LOVE exploring Colorado Springs, and I may have just found one of my new favorite burger spots 🍔✨ I checked out The Happy Cow, and they have everything from burgers and chicken sandwiches to coffee and specialty lattes. I ordered a burger and fries, and it was easily a 10/10. I came home and told my husband it was probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I was also very tempted by the banana pudding latte, but I was already 2 coffees deep and 1 more sip away from doing cartwheels down the street 😂 So I’ll definitely be going back for that one!
