S’mores cookies – yes or yes? ☺️ Ingredients: Flour – 185 g + up to 2 tbsp, if needed Baking soda – 2 g Butter – 115 g Sugar – 60 g Brown sugar – 65 g Salt – 2 g Egg – 1 Milk chocolate – 50 g Milk chocolate – 6 pieces (for the filling) Dark chocolate – 60 g Sweet crackers – 6 pieces Marshmallows – 6 pieces Instructions: 1. Sift the flour together with the baking soda and set aside. 2. Beat the butter for about 2 minutes, until it becomes pale yellow. Add the sugar, brown sugar, and salt. Continue beating on medium speed for about 1 minute, until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. 3. Add the egg and beat on low speed for 15 seconds, or until fully incorporated. 4. Gradually add the sifted flour on low speed. Mix slowly until a smooth dough forms. You may need to add more flour depending on the consistency of the dough. It should look like the dough shown in the video. 5. Cut the chocolate into approximately 1 × 1 cm pieces, add it to the dough, and mix. 6. Place the crackers on the tray. Add a piece of chocolate on top, followed by a marshmallow, and cover with a piece of dough. Repeat with the remaining crackers, leaving some space between them. 7. Place the tray in the lower third of an oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for 6 minutes, rotate the tray, and bake for another 6–9 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown. 8. Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes. The centers may still be slightly soft during the first few minutes. Enjoyy! #EasyRecipe #dessert #baking #fallrecipes
