when i started my @America’s Got Talent journey i had absolutely no idea what to expect. i’ve had a little experience in reality television, and not all of it positive. putting yourself out there for millions of people is scary, not knowing how you will be portrayed or received, joining a competition against others who couldn’t be more different than you + submitting yourself to the mercy and the will of the judges and the public. it’s a lot. but now that the whole thing is said and done + the dust has settled, i couldn’t be more glad that i did it. i’m so grateful to the show for giving me the platform to do what i love, to show who i am + what i can do. i set out to reach new people, to tell my story, to inspire others + to give it my all. i did all of those things + more. it was an awesome + fulfilling adventure. sending a massive thank you to every single person who watched, supported, commented and voted to send me all the way to the semi finals. your love + support means so much. thank you to the judges + to everyone who worked on the show to help me along the way. even though i didn’t win it all, it still feels like i won (soo corny, i know… but true!) and even though my AGT journey has ended, in so many ways this has felt like a new beginning. i can’t wait to release new music, play more shows all over the world, and continue living out my dreams. i hope my journey inspires you to follow yours, take the leap, go after what you want in this life, to feel the fear + do it anyway. ❤️🤘🏼 #agt #americasgottalent #travisgarland
