I can't believe I cancelled all my plans for this. Guys, where is the rain? I'm upset. Where is the rain? I cancelled all my plans today and there is no rain. It is perfectly fine. People are out and about, living their normal lives. I feel like we were lied to by these weather forecasters, or at least it's not as bad as it was supposed to be, which I guess I'm grateful for, but I did cancel my plans because of this stuff.
