Spaghetti and meatballs. At this point, I prefer turkey to beef, veal and pork. Throwing a Parmesan rind to the sauce add flavour. Add the butter. Gives it a rich finish and allows it to better coat the pasta. And I t’s why everything tastes better at restaurants! #pasta #spaghetti #meatballs #turkey
