Why it worked

Summary

The video explains that the Static HV weapon in Call of Duty Mobile has been banned from competitive esports matches due to excessive aim assist. However, this ban does not apply to regular ranked matches, and the creator questions why the weapon wasn't simply nerfed instead of banned.

Structure

1Introduction of the Static HV weapon and its ban from esports.
2Explanation of the reason for the ban (excessive aim assist).
3Clarification that the ban only applies to esports, not ranked matches.

Transcript

You can no longer use the static SMG. According to esports, the newly updated esports settings update has the Static HV been banned from competitive play because of its excessive aim assist values. That means if you're playing an official CoD Mobile esports match, you cannot use the Static HV at any point during the match. But this ban doesn't apply to ranked matches. Honestly, if the weapon has too much aim assist, why not fix it and nerf it in the first place? It doesn't make any sense.
