Another Arizona flood irrigation question! 💦🌵 Can I just put the check in for 30 minutes and take a shorter irrigation turn? Not exactly. Before irrigation day, I request the amount of irrigation time I need. Once the schedule is created, I’m given a specific start and end time based on that request, and my turn is only one part of a much larger water-delivery schedule. SRP releases the water into our neighborhood irrigation system, and that water moves through the system from property to property according to the schedule. So when I get a 9 PM irrigation time for 1 hour and 55 minutes…that's my irrigation time. 😂🔦 I love that these videos have turned into Arizona Flood Irrigation 101 because your questions keep giving me things to explain.
