Holdout Juror’s Lawyer Threatens Bar Complaint Against Kevin Reddington Well this just got uglier. The attorney for the lone holdout juror, Michael Desronvil, is now publicly saying he intends to file a bar complaint against Kevin Reddington, accusing him of serious misconduct over the way Reddington has challenged the juror’s conduct. And I have questions. Because we went from: one juror holding out against eleven… to interviews… to fundraising… to national media appearances… and now the juror’s attorney is publicly threatening to go after Reddington’s license. At what point does this stop looking like simply defending your client and start looking like an entire second media campaign surrounding this case? Reddington is doing exactly what a defense attorney is supposed to do: aggressively challenge anything he believes may have compromised his client’s right to a fair trial. If the juror did nothing wrong, then let the court examine the allegations and say so. But trying to turn the lawyer asking the questions into the villain? That is going to make people look even harder. And I’m sorry — after the publicity, the money raised around this juror, and now this? It is starting to feel like everybody wants a microphone. #LindsayClancy #KevinReddington #MichaelDesronvil #ClancyTrial #TrueCrime
