Moments like this is why I love what I do 🥹 bobs man and dad really had lost all hope and I’m sure anyone who has a dog and struggle to get them groomed will understand how these owners must have felt! They have travelled 4 hours today for us to try and groom their boy and they honestly didn’t think it was even possible, vets have tried and groomers in the past he wouldn’t let anyone near him let alone groom him as he’s reactive due to being nervous, his owners would have to go pick him up after a few minutes! But today we’ve completed a full groom! he had matting all over his body which I’ve managed too remove ☺️ he did have his moments but by the end we removed his muzzle and carried on the groom with no problem even got a few little cuddles 🥹 he’s is very anxious and reactive due to being scared, we could see what a sweet boy he was but he just needed extra time, comfort and someone not to give up on him! I will be continuing to work with this boy hopefully we can get him a little more settled through his grooms but I know he’s feeling AMAZING now, Bob your amazing you really are 🥹🖤 #doggroom #reactivedog
