There was a point after my spouse came out to me as trans that I truly didn't know how to get through the day. The grief got so heavy I was left spiraling most days, worried about what the future will look like for us and our baby boy. And through LOTS of therapy, open communication, hard conversations and love - I was able to get to a place where I realized no one knows their future (we think we do) and it wasn’t doing me any good spiraling all day about what mine would look like. So that’s when I started living each day one day at a time. So here we are! I'm not going to pretend we have it all figured out. We don't.
