hey y’all, so it’s been brought to my attention that a customer had an issue with her cup months prior of her having the cup and she wanted me to issue her a refund. I’ll be transparent with you guys. If it happened up on arrival then there could be something I could do about it but since you’re just reaching out to me months prior, there’s nothing I can do because you had the cup in your care so you must’ve did something to damage the cup because when the cup arrived, it wasn’t leaking at all so I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but I’m not going to be able to issue nobody a refund and you telling me months prior to an year after you had the cup that it started leaking. these cups aren’t meant to last forever stuff could happen overtime, but you just have to make certain precautions and make sure you handle your cup with care and make sure you don’t drop your cup or anything like that so that’s not on me. it’s on you to be responsible and be very careful with your cup when you’re washing it or if you drop it, you need to take in consideration that it might have a leak if you miss handled the cup improperly. thank you all for supporting me and all of my repeative customers. #snowglobetumbler #smallbiz #explorepage #foryoupage #cupcreator
