Cordial: Native Roblox on Linux Cordial runs the Roblox client natively on Linux, skipping emulators and virtual machines entirely. It achieves this by loading Roblox’s official Android build directly, using a custom linker to bridge the gap between the game engine and your computer’s system libraries. This project solves the frustration of playing Roblox on Linux, which traditionally requires clunky workarounds like Wine or Android containers. It is particularly interesting because it offers a transparent, open-source alternative to other tools, letting you see exactly how the game runs under the hood. The project is built for people who want a direct, unmodified experience without the overhead of emulation. Open source: luohoa97/cordial Spotted on Hacker News.
