Again, this is in 7 minutes. There's some nuance that I glossed over, but I'll cover that in more in-depth episodes to follow. This is, in general, how you create that training plan. Your battalion or company may have specific guidance. I think DTMS has been sunsetted and has been replaced with ATIS, but mission-essential tasks and collective tasks are still a thing, even though the system of record has changed. You can still access CATS through a kind of backdoor system using that Army Training Network link that I put in the video, but if your unit uses ATIS, then stick with that. Always follow your local guidance, but this is a good way to start and get ahead of things before your commander asks you the question. At least you can have a general idea of where to go.
