You are absolutely going to want to make these in October. 😂🎃 Spooky quesadillas are officially BACK and they’re still one of my favorite ridiculously easy Halloween ideas. All you need is tortillas + cheese, then cut little jack-o’-lantern faces into the top tortilla before cooking. That’s it. Somehow the exact same quesadilla your family eats all year suddenly feels way more exciting because it has a face. 😂 I’ve made these a couple different ways — stacked and cooked like a normal quesadilla, or with the cut-out top lightly toasted first — and honestly both work, so don’t overthink it.
