I made this cheesy tater tot casserole and OMG—the queso sauce at the end takes it to another level! 😍 It’s easy, filling, and definitely going into our dinner rotation! Save this recipe so you can make it later! ❤️ 🧀 Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole Ingredients * 1 lb ground beef * Your favorite seasonings, to taste * Shredded cheese, enough to cover the beef * Frozen tater tots, enough to cover the skillet * 1 cup queso cheese * 1 cup heavy whipping cream * Dried parsley for garnish Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Brown 1 lb of ground beef in a cast-iron skillet. Season to taste and drain off the grease. 3. Spread the beef evenly in the skillet and cover with shredded cheese. 4. Arrange the frozen tater tots over the cheese and sprinkle them with a little more seasoning. 5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until the tater tots are cooked through and golden. 6. Mix 1 cup queso cheese + 1 cup heavy whipping cream together. Pour the mixture over the cooked tater tots. 7.
