Recipe below ⬇️ Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Steak Bites, Potatoes & Green Beans Ingredients * 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-size chunks * 1½ lbs baby Yukon Gold potatoes, halved if larger * 1 packet K#Kinder Ranch Seasoning * 1 packet Kinder’s Au Jus Gravy Mix * ½ cup beef broth * 4 tablespoons Kerrygold Garlic & Herb Butter, cut into pieces * ½ teaspoon garlic powder * ½ teaspoon black pepper * 12–16 oz fresh green beans, trimmed * ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan * Fresh parsley for finishing Crockpot directions 1. Potatoes first: Put the baby Yukon Gold potatoes in the bottom of the Crockpot. 2. Add the steak: Place your steak bites over the potatoes. 3. Season: Sprinkle the whole packet of Kinder’s Ranch, garlic powder, and black pepper over the steak and potatoes. Don’t add extra salt. 4. Make the au jus: Whisk the whole Kinder’s Au Jus packet with ½ cup beef broth, then pour it evenly over everything. 5. Butter: Place about 4 tablespoons of Kerrygold Garlic & Herb Butter in pieces over the top. 6. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for about 6–7 hours or HIGH for about 3½–4 hours, until the potatoes and beef are tender. Crockpots vary, so start checking toward the earlier end. 7. Green beans: Add the fresh green beans during the last 45–60 minutes. Put them right on top and replace the lid. 8. Parmesan: During roughly the last 10–15 minutes, gently stir everything, sprinkle in about ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan, and let it melt into those buttery juices. 9. Finish: Top with a little more fresh Parmesan and chopped parsley right before serving. #crocktober #CrockpotRecipes#CrockpotRecipess#EasyDinnerIdeaspes
