GIANT CUCUMBER RICE NOODLES 🥒🌶️🫚 how have I never thought to make these before… sliced cucumbers wrapped in rice papers sitting in a delicious sauce 🤫 these are the perfect light snack or side dish for any meal! serve & eat immediately! Ib: @Allison 🌝 INGREDIENTS 🧄 - 5 Persian cucumbers, washed and thinly sliced (peel on each side and stop when the seeds cause the slices to break apart) - rice paper sheets cut in half after dipping in water (use enough until you run out or cucumber slices) - 1/4 cup @Kikkoman USA soy sauce (add an extra 1/8 if you need) - white pepper - 1 tsp sesame seeds + more for topping - 1 inch knob ginger, freshly grated - 3 tbsp sesame oil - 2 tbsp chili oil - 2 tbsp chili crisp - 2 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tbsp white sugar - 1 tbsp sliced green onion - splash of dark soy sauce - splash of sriracha (optional) - sliced green onion for topping #cucumbernoodles #giantcucumbernoodles #noodles #cucumbersalad #ricenoodles
