Huggies
Why it worked
The video uses a highly relatable pain point for parents—the high cost of baby essentials—to solicit engagement through comments, which boosts the video's reach.
Summary
The creator shows a package of Huggies diapers and asks her followers for recommendations for a more affordable and durable alternative. She expresses frustration with how quickly she goes through the current brand.
Structure
- 1Creator displays a package of Huggies diapers
- 2Creator expresses frustration with the cost and usage rate
- 3Creator asks followers for alternative diaper recommendations
Product placement
Huggies (a) ACTS: the creator is holding and manipulating a package of Huggies Dry Comfort diapers, showing the product to the camera to illustrate the brand she is currently using and complaining about the cost/usage rate. Removing the brand name would change the video because the specific complaint is about this brand's performance and price.
