Many of you have seen this guy lately on your feed. His name is Drayton Nay. And many of the big and small creators have stitched his videos lately. Unfortunately, I know him well and many of my TikTok friends knows him well. He's a grifter. His original channel name was FSBO Academy. That's For Sale By Owner Academy. Where in the height of the market, he would tell people that you can buy and sell the house yourself, while trying to sell a course on how to sell the house yourself. He tells people that he's been a real estate expert for 40 years, but for some reason, he's living in an apartment with his parents. Now he has blocked me so I don't know if that's still the case. He doesn't talk about the real estate market as much anymore because there are bigger topics to talk about. He would talk about politics, he would talk about oil, he would talk about international events, he would talk about how dating younger woman, it's a fine thing. He was in his 40s when he married someone at 21. He has owned and operated strip clubs. He's been sued multiple times. And now he's picking a topic that is near and dear to him. He didn't get over 800 followers by accident. Whatever is controversial at that moment, he will talk about it. Just have people watch his channel and watch his videos again. Again, he's a grifter. Once the Cornell situation has died down, he's going to pick another topic. That's his MO. That is who he is. Seeing his face makes me physically ill. Block him accordingly.
