Recipes are back here!! I will be deleting my dinner at riley’s page!! Cross posting to 4 accounts has been a little crazy and ya girl needs a breather 😮‍💨 so enjoy! ☺️ ✨ Creamy Garlic Chicken & Mashed Potatoes 🤍🧄🥔 If comfort food had a personality, this would be it. Tender pan-seared chicken, creamy garlic parmesan gravy, and buttery mashed potatoes that soak up every last drop. ✨ 🕒 Total Time: ~45 minutes 🍽️ Serves: 4-6 📋 Ingredients: • 2 lbs chicken breasts, sliced in half lengthwise • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp butter • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour • 1½ cups chicken broth • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese • Garlic salt • Onion powder • Paprika • Black pepper • Mashed potatoes, for serving 👩🏼‍🍳 Directions: 1. Season chicken generously with garlic salt, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside. 4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and let melt. 5. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux. 6. Slowly pour in chicken broth while whisking until smooth and thickened. 7. Stir in heavy cream (or half-and-half) and parmesan cheese. Simmer until the gravy is rich, creamy, and silky smooth. 8. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over top. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. 9. Serve over warm mashed potatoes and drizzle with plenty of that creamy garlic gravy. ✨ This is the kind of dinner that has everyone asking for seconds and a piece of bread to clean the plate. 🤍 #CreamyGarlicChicken #ComfortFood #EasyDinnerRecipe #FamilyDinner
