Most of us will never be in a situation this extreme obviously. But almost all of men have been in a group chat where some asshole’s “jokes” about girl go too far & no one calls them out. Those times are how texts like this get sent with no one stepping up to help when there is a real situation. Calling out your friends can be simple, calling out the disgusting jokes & checking if there is anything going on in reality. Speaking up changes what the rest of the chat thinks is normal.
